Live Tuesday sessions
A topic or a guest, then time for your questions. An hour on Zoom, and there is never any pressure to be on camera.
Because a PCS shouldn't reset your career
Built by Spouses, for Spouses. It's where Military Spouses connect, share what they have learned, and help each other build portable, PCS-proof careers — free and live every Tuesday.
Next live session
Frequent moves shouldn't cost you your career. MSU is the weekly guidance and community that travels with you, from your first PCS to the next duty station.
What you'll find inside
Military Spouses connect, share what they have learned, and help each other navigate military life and careers. There is no curriculum, no cost, and no credential — just spouses learning from each other's experience.
A topic or a guest, then time for your questions. An hour on Zoom, and there is never any pressure to be on camera.
Military Spouses who get it, at every duty station. When you PCS, the community comes with you.
What members have found useful, going into one place as people pass it on: careers, benefits, PCS life, and the programs worth your time.
How it works
Tell us a little about you and your goals. It takes two minutes.
Live sessions on Zoom at 8 ET / 7 CT / 6 MT / 5 PT, with topics, guests, and Q&A.
One registration covers every Tuesday. The spouses you meet stay with you from base to base.
In their own words
Quoted with permission, and left as they wrote it.
After being with my service member for 12 years and married for 10, I thought I had a pretty good understanding of military spouse life. Yet, in just the last two MSU webinars I attended, I learned more about the resources, opportunities, and support available to military spouses than I had in many of those years.
… MSU has given me more than information; it has given me another community where I can continue learning, growing, and connecting with others who understand the unique experiences that come with military life.
What MSU is
There is a great deal of good help out there for Military Spouses, and we will point you to it. What we add is the part that is hard to find on your own: somewhere to come back to every week, and people who already know your life.

Plainly: MilSpouseU™ is a free peer-support and networking community for Military Spouses. There is no curriculum, no enrollment, no tuition, no credential, and no certificate of completion. Sessions are informal discussions in which participants share their own experience.
