Plainly: registering puts you on the list for the Tuesday sessions and gets you a Zoom link. It is not an enrollment, there is nothing to sign, and it costs nothing. MSU has no curriculum, no credential, and no certificate of completion.

We close it an hour before each Tuesday session and open it again an hour after the session ends. We check military affiliation for every registrant by hand, and an hour is what that takes, so a registration sent at five to eight cannot reach you in time.
