Heike Vargas

Heike Vargas is a former Army Spouse of 21 years and a foreign-born Military Spouse, born and raised in East Germany. Her background is diverse covering many fields, including Veterinary Medicine (Veterinary Engineer and Veterinary Technician), Forensics (Medicolegal Death Investigator) and the wellness industry as an Entrepreneur, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Equine Gestalt Coach and Master Gestaltist.

Her lived experience and focus include Military and Veteran Spouses/Families, Veterans, and first responders, covering separation and divorce, war trauma, abuse, generational/societal and collective survival patterns and more. These life experiences inform her coaching and Peer 2 Peer support approach, listening to those who have not been heard and walk with them through their challenges while finding support and appropriate resources.
